As part of a scattered site initiative in partnership with the Township of Irvington, MCI Collective acquired a parcel of land in the City of Irvington after successfully winning an RFP.
The project, named "Vaneith Flats 1," is located at 65-67 Ellis Avenue (Block 207, Lot 46). This 10,490 SF development consists of a four-story residential building featuring 10 housing units, including eight market-rate units and two affordable housing units designated for families earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The project also includes rear parking for seven vehicles, ensuring convenience for residents. "Vaneith Flats 1" reflects MCI Collective’s ongoing commitment to sustainable urban development and expanding housing opportunities within the Irvington community.
