As part of a scattered site initiative in partnership with the Township of Irvington, MCI Collective acquired a parcel of land at 65-67 Ellis Avenue after successfully winning an RFP.

This development, named "Vaneith Flats 1," is designed to enhance the local community by providing high-quality housing options that contribute to the area’s growth and vitality.

The 10,490-square-foot development features a four-story residential building comprising 10 thoughtfully designed units, including eight market-rate apartments and two affordable housing units reserved for families earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). With rear parking for seven vehicles, the project ensures accessibility and convenience for residents. MCI Collective is committed to fostering vibrant, inclusive communities through intentional development. "Vaneith Flats 1" reflects this mission by expanding housing opportunities and contributing to the revitalization of Irvington, offering residents a comfortable and modern place to call home.
